A Suitable Match Can Accept the Gig
When an available service provider accepts a gig, Alfajira temporarily reserves that opportunity while the person who posted the gig completes the required platform authorization step. This helps prevent multiple people from taking the same opportunity at the same time.
Confirm the Connection
Once the platform fee process is completed, the relevant contact and gig details can be unlocked for the matched parties. From there, the client and service provider can communicate directly and arrange the actual work.

What Alfajira does — and does not — handle
Alfajira provides the matching and coordination layer. The platform/service fee is separate from the actual payment for the work. Alfajira does not operate a wallet, hold the worker's earnings, or split and distribute the underlying service payment between the parties.
