This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Alfajira Marketplace Terms of Service.
It applies to everyone using Alfajira, including Clients, Service Providers, and users who use both sides of the platform.
1. Purpose
Alfajira is designed to help people and businesses connect with independent individuals who offer services and skills.
Users are expected to use the platform honestly, lawfully, safely, and respectfully.

A service that is technically capable of being performed by a worker does not automatically make the service lawful or appropriate to arrange through Alfajira.
7. Dangerous or High-Risk Work
Users must not deliberately conceal material safety risks associated with a gig.
Clients should provide Service Providers with reasonably relevant information about conditions that may affect safe performance of a service.
Service Providers should not knowingly accept work that they are unable or unqualified to perform safely or lawfully.

The platform should be used primarily for legitimate communication relating to gigs, services, accounts, and Alfajira operations.
11. Circumventing the Platform
Users may communicate and arrange services independently after being connected, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
However, users must not deliberately exploit Alfajira's technical systems or payment process to obtain platform functionality without paying an applicable platform fee.

False or deliberately malicious reports may themselves violate this Policy.

Possible actions may include:
